Tuesday 18th November 2025 saw Bro. John Nigel Buckland Advanced in fine style at Barnoldswick Masonic Hall.
There to see it was the Deputy Provincial Grand Master W.Bro. Andrew J. Brown supported by members of the West Yorkshire Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge No.2018 and, acting officers of the year.
It really was a brilliant ceremony and their Worshipful Master W.Bro. Sam Cariss and his team deserve great praise for a job well done. It must be said W.Bro. Derek Thulborn did a superb job as S.D. and, doing two other pieces of ritual in style.
Nigel (as known to his friends) cannot fail to have been impressed by the quality on show and the true friendship of Mark Masonry with three visitors acting as the overseers for the night. Well after all that’s what Mark Masons do isn’t it?
Great company and great food rounded off a perfect night at Kirklands.
