New Worshipful Master for Haywra Lodge of Mark Master Masons No.525

A fabulous night in Harrogate with W.Bro. John Nicholls I.P.M. as Installing Master.  John ran a fabulous ‘show’ and has a wonderful mellifluous voice which resonates throughout.  Gregarious, charismatic are some words to describe John.  His delivery of ritual is done with crystallinity!  Anyone who has met John may just have cottoned on with the words used above that perhaps connects his style to that of a fabulous entertainer Leonard Sachs who presented ‘The Good Old Days’ over about thirty years for the BBC.  Apologies to our younger Brethren, perhaps just google the name?!

On hand to see Bro. Darren Bush installed in a magnificent and exuberant way was W.Bro. Kevin Lloyd the Prov. G.J.W. representing the Prov.G.M.  On behalf of the charity committee W.Bro. Richard Stone.  Kevin has certainly got ‘stuck in’ to his role as Prov.G.J.W. and is seen all over the Province.  Likewise with Richard who is a regular visitor around the Province too.  Good news for Haywra as there was a proposition for two new members who will be with luck joining them in the coming months.

Everyone who took part did a super job and as Darren said at the Festive board it was to the best of his knowledge a fantastic ceremony which was conducted with feeling, sincerity and, delivered with passion.  This was confirmed by Kevin who said it was indeed a wonderful ceremony and delivered with aplomb.  Richard spoke of the need to continue to support but, of course only when we can the Cleeves and Whitehead Trust and the wonderful work it does.

It was a brilliant night which everyone which, included a good number of visitors thoroughly enjoyed.

Congratulations now W.Bro. Darren Bush Worshipful Master of Haywra Lodge No.525.  You will certainly have a great year.  Enjoy your time and make the most of it by visiting when you can around the Province
