Sunday Lunch 28th June 2026.
This has become a must attend event for many Mark and Royal Ark mariner Masons in the Province and this was no exception. The Dining room was throng with Brethren, their families and guests not forgetting the Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother Trevor Bolton and his Lady, Pamela, all welcome.
The Sunday lunch has been on the calendar for many years but some 17 years ago it joined forces with the Ark Mariner Lodge which is housed in the same building. As usual a wonderful buffet lunch with dessert to follow was welcomed by eager mouths and a raffle was well supported in favour of the Cleeves and Whitehead Trust, it raised a phenominal sum of £325 , three hundred and twenty five pounds, to be split equally between the two Lodges.
Worshipful Brother Marcus Greenwood, the Worshipful Master of Peace Mark had the honour of declaring the event open and, subsequently closed proceedings thanking all for their attendance and reminding them that we will gather again on the last Sunday of June I 2027. He also thanked Worshipful Brother Bev Heywood for all his efforts in organising the event which he has done for many years.
